2. Product Information

Knobbles is an interactive lighting experience that allows users to transform spaces through customizable lighting displays. We meticulously design and hand assemble each Knobbles product in Richmond, Virginia.

While we strive to accurately represent our products, colors and dimensions may vary slightly from those shown on our website. Knobbles requires professional installation and standard 120V electric wiring.

3. Orders and Payment

When placing an order through our website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or if the product was listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship Knobbles products within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow adequate time for production and delivery.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Knobbles pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

5. Product Use and Safety

Knobbles products are intended for indoor use only. Improper installation or use may result in damage to the product or property and could create safety hazards.

Professional installation is required for all Knobbles products. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

The Knobbles name, logo, website, and all content, designs, graphics, and other materials related to Knobbles are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any of the materials on our website without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.
