1. Shipping Locations
Currently, Knobbles ships exclusively within the continental United States. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. We plan to expand our shipping capabilities in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
2. Production Time
Each Knobbles is meticulously designed and hand-assembled in Richmond, Virginia. Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Standard 10x10 configurations typically require 3-4 weeks of production time
- Custom configurations may require 4-6 weeks of production time
- Production times may be longer during peak seasons or for larger installations
You will receive a confirmation email once your order begins production, along with an estimated completion date.
3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production is complete
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after production is complete
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day after production is complete (order must be placed before 12 PM EST)
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Destination address
- Package dimensions and weight
- Selected shipping method
Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
6. Packaging
Knobbles products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging includes:
- Custom-fitted protective casing
- Impact-resistant padding
- Secure outer packaging
If you receive a package that appears damaged, please document the damage (photos if possible) before accepting the delivery and contact our customer support team immediately.
7. Delivery and Installation
Our shipping service includes delivery to your doorstep only. Professional installation is required for all Knobbles products and is not included in the shipping cost. We can provide recommendations for qualified installers in many areas upon request.
8. Customs and Duties
As we currently only ship within the continental United States, customs and duties are not applicable. When international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated to include relevant information.
